Dr Yousuf was taking excellent care of my grandmother. He was understanding of her worries and has taken time to explain and answer all of her questions.Furthermore, he treated her with respect and was extreamly pleasant. At the same time, his knowledge and understanding of health issues and how those issues interlink with one another is quite refreshing and reassuring. Dr Yousuf is definitely a doctor who is an extremely knowledgable individual and is/ would be an asset to any NHS or private healthcare provider.

I was impressed at Dr Sadiq's manner with my son and the time he took to listen to my concerns. He also gave me forward-looking advice on how to manage my son's asthma in the future. He shared my concern that the GP surgery is not taking mild asthma seriously.

I appreciated the time, care and attention he gave to my predicament and the full explanations he provided me with. It was refreshing to be addressed as if I was capable of understanding what he said, and taking the technical details on board, rather than (as an older person) being treated as if I was half senile, or certainly lacking in intelligence. I left feeling confident that he understood my condition and that he had given me effective and appropriate advice. Many GPs in non-hospital practices could learn from his approach. JH

Dr Yousuf had an excellent manner with my 4 year old boy, making him feel very calm, and quickly treating his problem. He explained to me (the dad) what was going on very clearly and made helpful suggestions for the future. We were seen to very quickly and I couldn't have asked for more from the Doctor, nurses or other staff in the children's A&E. 10 out of 10.
